Along with the Telugu language version, the movie was made available for advance reservations all over the globe on February 26, 2010. Ekk Deewana Tha is the name of the subsequent remake that was done in Hindi. Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn is the name of a sequel or a short film that was released in May 2020.
